This is an independent contractor position. We provide private sitters for guests staying at the Broadmoor and Garden of the Gods Resort. You will be responsible for children on property for at least 4 hours.
Candidates must have or be:
- At least 5 years of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, teaching, camp counselor…)
- 18+ years old
- Completely clean background check
- Highly dependable and consistent
- Caring and Vigilant
- A high level of service that can match the extremely high level expected by our guests
- The ability to deal with difficult parents and stubborn children
- Creative in keeping kids occupied
The below are highly preferred:
- Current Adult/Infant CPR Certification
- Customer Service experience
All sitters will go through an interview, orientation, and a trial period before being placed on our sitter roll. As an independent contractor, you are able to accept the jobs that fit your schedule. We cannot guarantee any number of jobs or pay. Holiday pay (Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day, Labor Day Weekend, 3rd, 4th, 5th of July, Memorial Day Weekend) starts at $26.50 per hour.
