We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Within that 24 hours, we ask that you reschedule your camp.

If you would like to switch the day of or during a busy day, it depends on our current availability.

If your camp is more than a couple of days away, we should have no issues switching camps!

If no one is signed up, we will cancel our day camps at 7p the night before. We will cancel our evening camps at 2p the day of.

However, we do suggest making reservations earlier rather than later. We may not have availability if you decide to make reservations when you arrive on property.

We offer select camps around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve. To find our current holiday camps, please visit our booking site.

If you booked online and your camp is within a couple of weeks, your card will be charged and there is no need to worry about payment at drop off.

If you booked online and your camp is further away, we most likely accepted your reservation without charging your card.

If you would prefer to make a reservation and delay payment, please give us a call or shoot us an email.

If payment is still pending when you drop off, you will have a receipt to sign. Your Bee Bunch reservations can be charged to your Broadmoor room or a credit card.

Please give us a call. With advanced notice, we can provide some before or after care for an additional fee.

If you are looking for a lot of flexibility in times for care, our babysitting services may be a better fit.

Yes. Our activities and camp structure are designed for children 3 years and older who are able to independently use the restroom.

For any children that are 2 years old or three years old and not fully potty trained, and have siblings in Bee Bunch, we can arrange for a sitter to accompany the child. This will ensure the child has their needs taken care of and the counselors can focus on facilitating great activities.

For children younger than 3, we recommend utilizing our babysitting services. Our sitters have the flexibility to take care of the toddlers and infants in a way to increase the chances of a happy and well-rested child.

We ask that you bring a change of clothes in case your child has an accident.

We do potty breaks throughout the day. However, some children can be so engaged that they forget about the bathroom!

We have had older children join our camps. Before making that reservation, please send Hampton an email so we all have realistic expectations.

Our first summer Bee Bunch camp is the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Our last summer Bee Bunch camp is Labor Day.

Our 20% service charge is automatically collected on each reservation. This is used to provide our counselors with a higher than normal hourly pay.

Activities

Our activities change based on the day. To view our weekly schedule, click here. Please note that our schedule is subject to change based on our partner’s availability or weather.

If the children are in the same age group (3-7 and 8-11), they will be together.

If they are in different age groups, the older children are always welcome to stay with their younger siblings. However, the younger siblings cannot join their older sibling’s activities.

On some days, the entire group will stay together for the main activities and then separate for different secondary activities. On other days, the groups will be completely separate.

For additional details or specifics, please give us a call.

Unfortunately, no. We ask that all parents drop their children off, enjoy some child free time, then pick up children at the end of camp.

On some days, we leave the main Broadmoor property for the Starsmore Discovery Center in North Cheyenne Canon.

Other days, our older children will participate in activities with Broadmoor Outfitters that will be off property.

For specific questions, please give us a call

No. We do not do any activities at the pool.

You can choose the activities by making a reservation for a certain camp over the phone. Please make sure to tell us that you would like your child to participate in a certain activity. If our schedule changes for that day, we can reach out to give you some options.

We are not able to change our schedule based on guest requests.

How do I prepare for my camp?

For our Day Camps, children should come dressed for the weather and ready to play! We ask that all children wear shoes that will stay on their feet with closed toed shoes preferred.

For our Evening Camps, children will generally stay in the Bee Bunch room. They are welcome to come in play clothes, pajamas, or anything comfy! The Bee Bunch room can be chilly at night, so a sweater may be necessary.

For newly potty trained children, we suggest bringing a change of clothes.

We have water, snacks, sunscreen, and plenty of fun toys! As long as they are dressed appropriately for the weather, your children will be set!

Only if you would like to. We have spray and lotion sunscreen that we apply before going outside. You are welcome to leave sunscreen that is specific to your child or apply it before you drop off.

If children are staying for a Full Day Camp, we will reapply sunscreen in the afternoon.

No. None of our activities involve water. We do not visit the pool during camps.

Our Bee Bunch room is located on the Lower Level of the West Building. There is a set of elevators across from the Natural Epicurean that will bring you to the Lower Level.

For our Morning Half Day and Full Day camps, drop off is at 9am. For our Afternoon Half Day camps, drop off is at 12p (if you added lunch) or 1p (if you did not add lunch).

For our Evening Camps, drop off is at 6p.

For our Morning Half Day Camps, pickup is at 12p (if lunch was not added on) or 1p (if lunch was added). For Afternoon and Full Day Camps, pickup is at 4p.

For our Evening Camp, pickup is at 10p.

For our Day Camps, a late drop off may not be possible due to scheduled activities or field trips. We ask that everyone be present by 9:15a.

For Day Camps, an early pickup may not be possible for the same reasons.

For our Evening Camps, we have dinner from 6:15-7p, so a late drop off will impact their dinner time. Our evening camps generally stay in the Bee Bunch room, so an early pickup is generally available.

For more specific information or questions, please give us a call.
